Madeline Billeaud
Madeline is a third year doctoral student at SLU. In 2020, she received her BS at Tulane University in New Orleans, LA, with a major in Psychology and minors in Spanish and management. In 2022, she completed her MS in I/O Psychology at SLU, after defending her master's thesis, titled "The Cognitive Component of Work-Family Management: Strain-Related Outcomes of Mental Labor in Working Mothers." Madeline is broadly interested in topics related to the work-family interface and employee wellbeing, and how organizations can contribute to advancing gender equity. Madeline intends to pursue a career as a practitioner, where she can apply insights from her coursework and research to solve organizational problems. She currently works as a part-time Organizational Development Consultant for Enterprise Bank & Trust, where she is involved in talent management, culture work, and other OD initiatives. In her free time Madeline enjoys seeing live music, playing and watching soccer (big USWNT fan), and spending time with friends, family, and pets! |
Madison Veres
Madison is a first year doctoral student at SLU. In 2021, she graduated from Loyola University Chicago with her BS in Psychology. During her time there, she was a student-athlete, worked as a research assistant in a STEM learning lab, and was inducted into Alpha Sigma Nu. Madison’s research interests include work-life balance, gender disparities, and employee fulfillment. She hopes to pursue an applied career. During Madison’s free time, she enjoys thrift shopping, watching scary movies, and spending time with family and her cats! |
